First timers must purchase this initial session before buying any other packages or individual sessions. It is a 1 hour and 15 minute virtual session. After the first session it will be $50 a session. This first session includes my time before our scheduled visit going over intake information to make the most of our time together. It also includes an email overview of our session as well as a guide/plan for the next steps.
