Collection: Nutrition Coaching
"We are what we eat" is the truest, yet underrealized statement of this century. With 3500 new food additives put in our foods in the last 100 years and the average American consuming almost an entire pound of flour and sugar every single day, it is no wonder why the disease rates keep steadily climbing. In the shift to industrialization and convenience, we have ultimately destroyed our food, soil, gut microbiome, and health. In order to restore health, we need to restore the foods we put into our bodies.
Each person has unique experiences, gut flora, environment, and genetics that require a unique approach. While there are some universal principles to good health and nutrition there is no such thing as a one size fits all diet. I will help you navigate a personal approach to your health and work with you to develop a step-by-step guide to achieving your goals.
