Collection: Meditation
There are several effective forms and types of meditations that are used for different purposes. Here are some of the ones I use and teach in my practice.
“I Am” Breathing exercises can help quickly calm the mind and body in a stressful situation and strengthen the Vagus Nerve which increases communication between the brain, gut, and the rest of the body.
Visualizations help promote ideas of hope and joy while stimulating neurocognitive rewiring creating patterns of positivity, resolution, and peace.
Mind Clearing stimulates and strengthens neural growth and connections in the brain as well as Theta and Alpha wavelengths that promote sensations of peace and calm within the mind and body.
Mindfulness is the practice of becoming self-aware of your thoughts and feelings, accepting them, then letting them go without becoming anxiously attached.
Prayer Meditation is based on the idea that there is a truth and answer for all problems within the universe. Prayer Meditation is a process of presenting a problem, possible answers, and then letting your mind, anxieties, and will go, in order to allow the true and right answer to enter into our minds.
Emotional Releasing Meditation is an audio-guided meditation designed to address and release more general emotional issues using the steps of Compassion, Forgiveness, Gratitude, and Love.
Guided Trauma Release is a one-on-one session where we address a specific issue or trauma. This is done in a very safe relaxing setting and the client is never asked to relive or reveal anything that they aren’t comfortable with. In a relaxed state the client will bring up memories or emotions they want to release, we talk through a releasing process and replace them with positive experiences and emotions.
In Love and Gratitude is a meditation that promotes strong life satisfaction focusing on love for ourselves, others, and things we are grateful for.
